Our warehouse is open Monday- Friday, 9AM–6PM. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Orders will be processed within 24 hours on the following business day.
All items are shipped from either our studio in New York, or our warehouse in New Jersey. Economy shipping within the United States (5-7 days) is available for $18. Express Shipping (2–3 business days) is available for an additional $25. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Deveaux New York currently ships internationally to all countries except Russia and Belarus. We offer a flat shipping fee of $60 USD on most international orders via DHL. Shipments to Australia and New Zealand will incur a flat fee of $100 USD. The recipient must bear the cost of duties and taxes required by the destination country for customs clearance.
Deveaux New York accepts returns of full-priced items in their original condition, with tags attached, and postmarked within 14 days of delivery date. If a return does not meet these conditions or is returned after the 14 days, the item will be shipped back to the purchaser. Once your return is received and accepted by our team, please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. For domestic returns, please use the pre–paid return label included in your order. International returns are not eligible for complimentary return shipping.
