US SHIPPING
Deveaux New York offers complimentary ground shipping and returns on full price items from addresses within the United States. All items are shipped from either our studio in New York, or our warehouse in New Jersey. Express Shipping (2–3 business days) is available for an additional $25. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Deveaux New York currently ships internationally to all countries except Russia and Belarus. Shipping is complimentary on all international orders via DHL. The recipient must bear the cost of duties and taxes required by the destination country for customs clearance.

RETURNS
Deveaux New York accepts returns of full-priced items in their original condition, with tags attached, and postmarked within 14 days of delivery date. If a return does not meet these conditions or is returned after the 14 days, the item will be shipped back to the purchaser. Once your return is received and accepted by our team, please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. For domestic returns, please use the pre–paid return label included in your order. International returns are not eligible for complimentary return shipping.
